[PD] changing default "open" directory on pd (extended) (windows)

I think you could hack the .bat file which comes with Pd exteded in 
windows (pd-extended.bat) along the lines of:

set PDEXEDIR=%CD%\bin
cd /D C:\
%PDEXEDIR%\pd.exe [all lib options....]
