[PD] AU plugin loader for Pure Data

[Pagano, Patrick via Pd-list]

Is there such an animal? I would like to make an instrument that uses some AU plugins on macinstosh of course.
I am trying to lure some new users in by showing them one can use VST/AUs for audio which there is kind of a working vst loader on windows and freeframe/frei0r plgins for video

please let me know if anyone has one.
