[PD] problems with pd-0.46-6 and jack

Pd 0.45 seems to be also affected.
On the other hand, Pd (0.45 and 0.46-6 and latest one from [5fd49d]
<https://sourceforge.net/p/pure-data/pure-data/ci/5fd49d6be50391a6fd395a1cbb53d1dd65da45cb/>)
works fine with jack1.
Is there any abvious reason for that ?
