[PD] problems with pd-0.46-6 and jack

are the Debian packages affected as well?
because i'm using them almost exclusively with jackd2 and i haven't
experienced any problems.
(for what it is worth, the Debian packages are built using autotools,
rather than makefile.gnu)

PS: btw, Pd-0.46-6 appeared in Debian/sid ("unstable") the day before
yesterday.
