[PD] PD hangs when opening a sub-patch that expects creation arguments

I'm not sure if this is a "bug" or if it's normal, but when I try to open a
sub-patch (an abstraction) with "File/Open" that expects creation
arguments, PD (Pd 0.46.7) hangs and I have to kill it with Task Manager
(I'm running under Windows 7). But if I open a patch that uses the
sub-patch, I can right-click on the object and select "Open", and it opens
without any problem. The sub-patch seems to work correctly, too. I just
can't open it from the "File" menu. Is this normal?
