[PD] Purr Data 2.4.0

Hello list,
Purr Data 2.4.0 is now out:

* fixed a bug where the preferences wouldn't load properly on some OSX systems
* added [draw svg] for a graphical viewport
* fixed display bugs with [draw image] and [draw sprite]
* added experimental [draw array] for visualizing array data
