https://lists.puredata.info/listinfo/pd-list clearly mentions the archivs.

puredata.info is community driven, everybody can edit it.

if *you* are not satisfied with the archive, you can just change the
URLs to something "better". (this is btw what happened and why the URLs
are now pointing to some random mailinglist archiver)
