[PD] Pd FLOSS manual update

I have at times thought about doing this, especially the stuff about
GEM and visuals

And this is why I haven't done it. Since pd-extended ended there
hasn't been a reliable way to install libraries which makes writing
some of the documentation/tutorials difficult.

I think best thing would be to just do it without waiting for a team
or permission. It's not an official document so do it until someone
edits it :-)
