[PD] multiple instances of a patch forbidden in 0.49, why?

at least with the Debian packages, Pd will open the patch in an already
running instance (if possible).
(other distros might have the file-associations wrong;
if you install Pd from source, there are not file-associations at all).

on Windows, there is a bug-fix coming with Pd-0.49, so that patches
opened via the file-associations will open in an already running
instance as well.
