[PD] Installing libraries/externals via terminal or using -nogui

I am running Pure Data on a headless Raspberry Pi and I need a way to
install libraries/externals. Is there a way to use Deken via the terminal?
Or perhaps another way to install libraries via the terminal? I started
with Pd-extended and switched to Vanilla after Deken was released, so I'm
not too familiar with the process overall. Thanks for any help!
