[PD] pd~ binary for max/msp - test version available

Yep, you can just put a message box in the patch to tell Max where to find
Pd (but that wouldn't have worked in the help file because it depends on your
own file layout).

Meanwhiel, on another thread, the thing still has a crash bug somewhere,
so I'll have to put another version out soon.

I don't have access to Max for windows, so someone else will have to try to get
this running on that.
