[PD] pd~ binary for max/msp - not really working yet

This sounds suspiciously like a problem I had with an rtcmix~ update.
This has to be set:

x->ob.z_misc |= Z_NO_INPLACE;

not well documented at all.  I wasted about a week of my life trying
to figure out what the heck was going on.
