[PD] Pduino 0.5 and 0.6 compatibility with Pd0.51-1

I see. I'm not so interested in fixing 0.5, since the goal of creating
0.6 was exactly to get rid of many externals and making installing
Pduino a bit easier.

Do you see any messages in the Pd console when loading [pduino] from
the 0.6 release?
