[PD] "pdsend" and "pdreceive" standalone, how to use them?

"pdsend" reads FUDI messages from stdin and sends them to the given 
host. "pdreceive" listens on the given port and sends the FUDI messages 
to stdout.

If you just run "pdsend" and "pdreceive", you get some help about the 
arguments they expect.
