[PD] 0.54-0test2 released

I did a Windows build for 49daa9b and tested for:

   - Audio settings (including WASAPI sample-rate changing)

   - MIDI settings

   - Tabbed preferences

   - HTML files

and it all went good.

As for the "Windows installer" I tested 
https://git.iem.at/pd/pure-data/-/pipelines/11535 yesterday and it went 
good.
