[PD] Availability of ELSE v.1.0-0_rc8 external for Raspberry Pi 400 (ARM)

I actually need help with raspberry pis now, there's a new object that's
surely gonna give us some headache: [sfz~], which loads SFZ soundfonts.

Aren't you able to compile?
