[PD] Building ELSE for Pd Vanilla (here RPi OS 11 32-bit)

/I have a tested and working Pd 0.54.0 on my RPi I have compiled few 
days ago from the source code (pd-0.54-0.src.tar.gz) gotten from 
Miller's site./
