most likely: somewhat.

msp.puredata.info is just a proxy to offer https:// connections to
the real (miller's) server is http://msp.ucsd.edu/

it seems that the ucsd.edu firewall is currently blocking the proxy
requests (most likely due to an excessive amount of requests).

i'll probably turn the proxy into a redirect (but not before tomorrow
morning), so people can at least download via http:// (if their browsers
allow it)

ideally, msp.ucsd.edu would be reachable directly via https://, then we
wouldn't need a proxy at all.
