[PD] [PD-announce] Pd 0.54-1 test 1 relased - fixes problem with newest MAC OS version (14).

Works fine in an old laptop with 10.14.6 and a newer mac intel tested with
both 10.14.6 and the latest macOS 14 Sonoma. No apple silicon in my
household yet :)

I have a translation update coming up in the next 24h and I also have a
couple of minor documentation updates. Other than that, I'm good to go with
this.
