[PD] [PD-announce] cyclone 0.8-0 is out

Hi, I guess I know what I did wrong. I have to upload to deken directly
from my virtual machine in Linux. Otherwise the aliases get ruined and
lost. I forgot about that.

So I re uploaded now 2 separate Linux versions. One for Linux amd64-32 and
another for Linux armv7-32

please check if these are fine

I also asked you in private if you could helo building else for raspberry
pi :)
