[PD] GEM. pix_record producing 1 frame videos

sorry, it is PD 0.54.1 for windows 64 bits, the portable version

and when I open the gem window it says

[pix_video]: backend #0='NDI' <--- DISABLED
[pix_video]: backend #0='VIDS' : videoInput
[pix_video]: backend #1='decklink' <--- DISABLED

the complete gem startup says
