[Pdweb] my changed to the FAQ keep getting lost

As far as I am concerned, http://puredata.org/docs/faq should go
straight PdFAQ. I think that it used to do that. I didn't set up the
index_html page, and I don't think its very useful. I might have tried
to rename PdFAQ to index_html in the past, though I don't remember.

I was trying to change the PdFAQ and this change looks like it
succeeded this time. But I had committed a Q/A about where Mac OS X
keeps it preferences, and I even sent that link to the list, but that
entry seems to have disappeared entirely.
