[GEM-dev] financing Gem development

Hey, what's up? I was waiting to see an advertisement of this GEM fund
raising thing on facebook, the Pd list and stuff... what's holding it back
now?

I also just sent an email asking to reallocate my bounty the same way as
Antoine Rousseau, let's see, are we really having issues reallocating it?
