[PD-dev] problem making Pd.app with TclTk-8.4.9

This is where I got stymied too.  I was hoping I could wait a few versions
of TK and it migth go away.  Since it seems not to be going away by itself
I guess it's worth looking at more closely.  unfortunately this will
almost certainly mean debugging TK itself, yikes.
