[PD] Windows compiling and cross platform buddies

Not quite sure what you mean by that - although you may 
well be right ;-)

Its true to say that pretty much the only windows people 
with access to and the knowledge to use compilers are 
actual C/C++ programmers. Wheras anyone that runs 
linux knows how to do a "Make" or build even if they 
have never written a line of code in their lives.
