[PD] Chord Fingerings/Flush

"flush" means the MIDI input queue is full and a MIDI message had to
get processed before the delay that would sync it with a simultaneous audio
input.  I've seen Pd get in a loop where every midi input reports "flush"
but this shouldn't happen.  If this happens with a 0.35 pre-release I'd
like to know it since I think they're gone from the current version...
