[PD] Updating help files

Hi, I'm a newbie.  As I pore over the help patches, I frequently come
across small typos, inconsistencies, mistakes, etc.  I'm not trying to
be critical, but my anal retentive ass has this uncontrollable urge to
fix them, and in doing so make the journey to Pd land that much easier
for future newbs.

So my questions are, if and when I edit the help patches, to whom should
I send them (I assume Miller, but want to be sure) and would they be
welcome?
