[PD] detecting tempo & sending paths to PD

perhaps try [tosymbol] and [fromsymbol] from cyclone.

also: make sure the correct data is getting to pd from flash (use your 
flash debugging.. or i suppose you can netcat the port if you really 
want to get the details!)
