[PD] [OT] next Linux kernel and Hammerfall cards

I've got 0.9.8 installed; it doesn't "find" the card.  0.9.4 "finds" it
OK then crashes the machine when I try to read/write audio.  Someone
asked on the Alsa list about this a few months ago and I never saw a reply...
