[PD] OSC make or make OSC

	I had a problem compiling OSC out of the CVS this weekend (my
CVS hasn't been updated in while so this may not be your problem and it
may be fixed). I fixed my compile problem by going into the OSC/src
directory and changing osc.o to OSC.o.
