[PD] render avi.?

hi friends!

can anybody tell me how i can record or better render an avi.file of the gem-window...or better the framestein-window.i would like to record the sonogramm-analysis of some music pieces to analys it afterwards.
is there a way to render the realtimewindow in framestein?
