it means that it doesn't use client storage when it comes to texturing.

seriously, "client storage" is an optimized way to get textures from 
your main memory into your gfx-cards memory.
however, it is only supported by OS-X (at least i think so).
if your system does not support this feature, [pix_texture] will not use 
client storage of textures and tells you so.
