[PD] can't use Pd-extended externals

Rich! You tried to load my .pdsettings (not compatible with pd-extended),
not Hans'.

Ascii is a library for converting numerical values into their ascii
equivalent. It was created by Marc Lavallée and should be included in
pd-extended/committed to cvs. Very usefull for serial communication.
