[PD] hml_shelf and filter~ from IEMlib not in extended?

hi hi,

I'm trying to compile externals on a Mactel in pd-extended. "make iemlib"
seems to compile fine without any stated problems, but doesn't seem to have
filter~ (which I think would be pretty important)—or hml_shelf~ and probably
others I haven't noticed.

Is this deliberate? Do I need to do anything fancy to get filter~ compiled?
