[limiter~] does a bit of upsampling which requires a delay, so the 
gain-signal is a bit late.
the precise amount is 9 samples (iirc), but might as well be dynamic 
(depending on the buffer-size you give). "64" samples is just a bit 
longer so clicks should be masked by psychoacoustic effects.
