[PD] blank line in msgfile

Thanks for that. Thats what I've done, I was just wondering if there is a
away to get it to recognise blank lines or spaces, as I am trying to make
the system as simple as possible for the company to edit the text in my
absense, and space or blank line makes more obvious sense to them.
