[PD] pd-gui-rewrite testing

Just found another bug after opening the 'test audio and midi" patch,
closing it, and attempting to reopen it:
invalid command name "menu_raisenextwindow"
invalid command name "menu_raisenextwindow"
while executing
"menu_raisenextwindow"
(command bound to event)
------------
I also get this when trying to open the 'Load Meter' patch, or any other
patch via 'open'. Trying to close pd and reopen gives:
ERROR: 'pd' never showed up, 'pd-gui' quitting!
