With Pd-extended 0.41.4 and later on Mac OS X, putting libs, objects,
and help patches into /Library/Pd should just work. It has
everywhere I have tested it. Please file a bug report with as much
detail as possible if it is not working for you.

As we enjoy great advantages from inventions of others, we should be
glad of an opportunity to serve others by any invention of ours; and
this we should do freely and generously. - Benjamin Franklin
