Why does the timeline is numbered up to 62, and not 63 or 64, and why does 
this seem to have little to do with the grey/orange/red bars ? It seems 
that for each number at the top, there are 32.25 vertical bars, that are 
then split into 6 equal parts by the black marks at the top. If there were 
32 vertical bars per number, the numbers would go up to 63, but it would 
still take an extra 32 vertical bars to get to a power of 2 (32 times 64). 
Is that right ?
