[PD] Freezes with Pd-Extended and Jack

Is this the same as the one in the doc/3.audio.examples? If so, why this
instead of ezoutput~.pd already provided by pddp?
FWIW, I believe less is more and having multiple redundant abstractions
available makes both pd use and maintenance harder.
