[PD] Weird bug in pd-extended and Ubuntu

What about this one though:
"ALSA output error (restart failed): Broken pipe"

Never got to the bottom of it with my intel inbuilt soundcard on PdE
(Debian). Noticeably doesn't happen with an external soundcard (in my
experience anyway)
