[PD] why not adding other boxes like gatom from objects?

yup

gatoms, on the other hand, are really built-in objects and are created

well, just wanted to make sure there was no particular reason for this. and
yeah, I would like that specially for gatom boxes.

now, thinking about the documentation, I felt like I needed to explain why
things are the way they are, but it's arbitrarity...
