[PD] "else 1.0-0 rc-10 test" in deken

Hi, I uploaded "else 1.0-0 rc-10 test" to deken, just to quickly check if
things are fine. Only macOS (universal) and Linux/Windows 64 bits (no
raspberry pi yet). I'd like to please ask people to get it and test "all
objects" to see if they're all there.

More problematic objects are sfont~, sfz~, plaits~ and circuit~

If it's all fine I'll make a proper announcement and officially wrap things
up.
