[PD] readanysf~ for windows ?

I was the one trying to do a windows port of readanysf~ with a friend.

Almost got there but I stopped because my friend went back to France and 
Flext was giving me an error I had to report to Thomas (if remember 
correctly) . Should try compiling with the new version of Flext. Just got to 
dig it up.
